Great team that truly know what they are doing!

Car was making a weird noise and was just low on power steering fluid. Topped it off, checked for leaks, no charge.

Tyler, Jennifer and Shawn - all three really showed me they care about their customers and their customers' cars. Shawn talks a little fast and too techie, though. But both Tyler and Shawn gained my confidence - both are very knowledgeable about my RS4. Will surely come back for services and advice.

I wish I lived closer so that I could come here more often. Top notch place and even better customer service. Tyler is very knowledgeable and really takes his time explaining everything. Absolutely would recommend.

1 check-in Despite living in San Diego, no doubt will I consider driving up to get any major work done on my MK6 Golf R! Tyler, who I'd consider a legend in the VAG scene, worked on my ride. I was in and out of there in half the time it would've taken another shop; less time = less labor = paying less for the same amount of work done. This is the best shop I'd ever been to, people here are friendly and the place is clean. I had work done here on 3 of my cars. They offer regular maintenance and performance tuning, all works are priced fairly. Best part is they stand behind their work. Will continue to go! Very honest.

Shawn knows German cars ( and probably every other car!) inside and out. He always gets right to the problem and knows the solution. He not only knows these cars, but he keeps tabs on my car individually. Preventative maintenance advice is always offered as well as better overall service than my local dealer.

Great service as usual

I needed work done on my 2017 GTI but didn't want to go to a dealership (not conveniently located), so I did some online searching and discovered Pacific German from one of the car enthusiasts forums. I gave them a call and spoke with Tyler. He said they were pretty busy but could probably squeeze me in if I left the car with them for the day. I agreed and dropped the car off the next morning. Tyler explained the what and how they would perform the service I requested with upfront pricing. I picked up my car that afternoon with all tasks completed without issue. They are a great local service/repair shop that I will definitely use again, and recommend to all of my friends.
