This was my first time at Pacific German. Tyler was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be returning for future service!

The office staff and mechanics are all very knowledgeable and service minded. There is a good sense of organization, confidence and professionalism in the office. Several of the folks are German car owners as well. Glad I was recommended to Pacific German.

Short answer: if you want to keep your car running right and longer bring it here. Brought my GTI in because I was getting some weird noise and didn't have anywhere to get lifted up. The folks at German Pacific identified the cause and more importantly they spotted serious issues that I doubt a generic shop would have found. These issues could have become very serious and I likely wouldn't have noticed them until too late. German Pacific provided detailed photos to show the issues and also gave me a detailed explanation about what we could do to address these issues. To the extent we had minor issues about timely communication (just a day or two behind no big deal), the shop more than made up for it by owning up to the issue and even offering a decent discount. Overall, definitely will be using this shop again.

The whole team at German Pacific has been a pleasure to deal with. I’ve been 3 times lately for exhaust, suspension and maintenance on my 987 cayman s. Each time they are always there to answer questions and provide guidance which is greatly appreciated. Thank you to you all who worked so hard on getting my car dialed in and will see you for my wheels in the spring!

Worked with Shawn over email for the quote and appointment. The install and tuning only took a few hours and I’m already loving the results. The firmware was also updated and the systems are now adapting to the new tune. Really loving the job done, can’t wait to come back for the Milltek exhaust.
