Tyler is a wizard and easy to work with. I brought my b9 rs5 sportback to have the shop install a stage 2 tune from VF Engineering + aftermarket downpipes and a new cooling system. Tyler worked hard to get the car in/out of the shop in the time estimated and in good working order. From the start of the process to the delivery out the door, Tyler has been friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Pacific German to anyone in the German car space that is looking to add some mods to their vehicle and have some fun. I'd work with PG again for sure.

Had a motor mount eerie code come up on my car and they rectified the issue swiftly! Can't praise these guys enough. Their warranty is definitely worth it if you have to do any work on your vehicle.

My car for 5 yrs exclusively went to the dealer. It just became more and more difficult dealing with the service advisors. They would not return my calls. Scheduling service was none existent until 3 weeks out, and dealers sold off loaner cars so remaining loaners were non existent for 30 days. Finally my 4th annual service increased $1500 from last year, same parts & service. I get that with cars switching to EV that service departments need new sources of revenue but they also need customers. For these reasons I switched to South German and my 1st service just went great
