Pacific German has great attention to detail. I’ve been away from Southern California for 7 years and had to take my car to the dealer for service while living out of the area. When I’d have my car aligned at the the dealer, they could never get my steering wheel straight on 3 different Audis over 7 years. Pacific German got every detail right, including ensuring my wife’s steering wheel was straight. They do excellent work and glad to be back in the area where they can service my cars.

You guys are awesome, I was referred from a friend to bring my GTI here for its 40k DSG Service and I couldn’t be happier. My shifts are super smooth and they were very thorough and let me know everything I will need serviced. Easy to make an appointment. Friendly staff. Walk around video was very good. I saw exactly what needed work. I don't feel like any extras were pushed on me, as can often happen at dealerships. Work done well, in a timely manner.

My name is Hunter Corona I’m 27 years old and 3 years ago I bought a 1998 Audi A4 B5 Quattro! I’m entirely grateful for the car and where I am with it today.
