Service is good and the shop is clean. Knowledgeable folks and they get the service done same day which is appreciated. Quality parts when doing things like replacing brakes and rotors. Thank

Outstanding place, if you own a car that they can work on then I don’t think you should go anywhere else. I will be taking my GTI only to this shop.

Pacific German is a family owned & operated German car repair shop with manufacturer certified mechanics who know exactly how to fix Audis, VW’s and Mercedes autos. No BMW’s however. You deal with the owner Shawn or his son Tyler and you will have confidence in their knowledge & skill after just one visit. I’ve been a happy female client for 8+ years now and have never had a complaint.

I had Pacific German do a Stage II REVO tune on my 2016 Audi S3 as well as a Resonated Downpipe and I couldn't be happier with the results! Absolutely fantastic staff and experience, answered all my questions for a few days over email and phone calls before actually doing the install and it was right on time and exactly what was promised with no issues or concerns. Will be using Pacific German as my primary mechanical GO-TO for the foreseeable future as well as recommending them to anyone I know.

I've been coming to Pacific German for years now and recently took my 2018 Audi S4 in to get a small laundry list of parts installed and maintenance done. Including a set of lowering springs, rear sway bar, front and rear endlinks, rotors and pads on all 4 corners, and an alignment. Sean, Tyler, and Mason are all three well-informed, European car specialists. From simple to extreme they know it all when it comes to the operation and function of high end performance cars. I leave the shop in my car knowing the work was done, done right, and with a major sense of security in knowing my car is in good health. The receptionist up front is a pleasure to work with as well. I know myself and I know I can be a bit of a pain when it comes to my car, but she was nice, informed and prompt with follow up and keeping me in the loop. Even when sliding getting wheels installed at the last minute she, and the team at Pacific German did not hesitate to accommodate me even on a busy day like they had during my visit. I trust no other shop in my area with work on my car, and will continue to return for all work moving forward. Thank you PG!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a great review and for the kind words, Cameron! We greatly appreciate you and your patronage, and we look forward to your S4's next service!

Great service as usual. Car was ready when promised and everything looked good. Was only an oil change this time and no headaches, like it should be. Pacific German will continue to get my business!

Took my car in for a routine oil change and the guys noticed my water pump was leaking. So they gave me an estimate and a rental car. When I called the dealer for an estimate on the same repairs they were $400 more expensive than Pacific German. The guy that Pacific German not only did a great job for $400 less they also changed the oil and paid for the rental car. I drive a modest Volkswagen Passat and when I come in the guys greet me by my name and treat my car like one of the Lambos, Ferraris, or M series in their mechanics bays. This is the best vehicle repair shop period. I mean they were $400 dollars less than the dealer and they paid for a rental. That is customer service par - none! Thank Shawn, thanks Tyler and everyone at PG!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a great review, Josh! It's always a pleasure to see you and your Passat.
