They were quick and helpful with my unique customization of my Mercedes G550. I worked with Tyler who was polite and professional. We have a few german vehicles and will continue to come to Pacific German for our vehicle needs.

I've had my RS7 handled by the Pros at PG for the last few years, they are literally Master Mechanics and hugely knowledgeable in all things very, very fast and Teutonic!

My DIY 911 engine mount upgrade went south big time so I was desperate. Who squeezed me in and got the car back in time for the PCA event? Pacific German. Shawn and his crew spent countless hours (and drill bits) extracting 3 stubborn and irretrievably broken engine mount bolts. They did not charge me what they actually invested in this insanely difficult and time consuming effort. Most appreciated. Car rides and runs awesome. Heroes all (as usual). Recommend!

Pacific German has deep knowledge that they were able to apply to the maintenance and repairs for my 2008 RS4 Cabriolet. Much better care and attention than our local Audi dealer.

I went in for a small service and Tyler answered all my questions. Be in a small oil change or a large project Pacific German are the industry standards when it comes to quality craftsmanship and customer service. Go in for yourself these guys operate on another level of excellence.

I called 1 hour from close on a a Saturday with an urgent need and they graciously helped me get the locked lugnuts off my car, replaced them with regular bolts so I can have tires replaced. Not only that but they also rebalanced the air pressure and cleared the pressure alarm as a bonus! Everyone was super nice and the shop is clean and modern. All-around great experience. I live furi away but will probably come back here in future because they clearly care about good customer service.

I never need to worry about having work done unnecessarily. Took the vehicle in for squeaky brakes and was told that pads had good life left, just over heating the rotors. They could have nailed me with hundreds in unneeded repairs but that’s not how they do business.

I have been coming to PG for years and they make you feel like you are the most important customer! Always trust their opinion and recommendations! They are the Best!

Once again Tyler and the team at Pacific German delivered beyond my expectations. I dropped my GT3 off with a few simple requests that turned into a much larger project. As per usual they handled my requests and all the challenges with superb service and attention to detail. I’m moving to Arizona in a few months, but will be shipping my car to PG for service, they are that good!
