Had a motor mount eerie code come up on my car and they rectified the issue swiftly! Can't praise these guys enough. Their warranty is definitely worth it if you have to do any work on your vehicle.

My car for 5 yrs exclusively went to the dealer. It just became more and more difficult dealing with the service advisors. They would not return my calls. Scheduling service was none existent until 3 weeks out, and dealers sold off loaner cars so remaining loaners were non existent for 30 days. Finally my 4th annual service increased $1500 from last year, same parts & service. I get that with cars switching to EV that service departments need new sources of revenue but they also need customers. For these reasons I switched to South German and my 1st service just went great

Great Service and Friendly Staff

As a former Euro car tech myself I hate having to pay others to work on my Porsche. I’m a picky know it all customer and very difficult to please. Pacific German took the time to understand this and worked with me on every detail of the repair work to be sure I was completed satisfied. If you own a Euro car trust me, don’t take anywhere else but here. Thank you Pacific German!!

Per my discussion with Tyler what he suggested for paint color and detail lettering on calipers turned out to be a perfect touch to nzke the car really to stand out. It was zn overall great experience.
