Time is taken to explain what is needed for a particular service or if they find any additional needs , they let me know what options are available, reccomend what wouls be best and then let me decide how i want to proceed. Following the recommendations has kept me motorring without any problems.

Had problems on a recent road trip that led me to fear my turbo was failing. I knew of only one place to take it where I could trust their diagnosis - Pacific German. They undertook some data logging for my car and traced the cause to an inlet leak on the turbo. Minor fix to repair while I waited. What a relief!!! Thank you Shawn, Tyler and everyone at Pacific German!!

Wish.I could rate this higher than 5 Stars. I took my old Cabrio in with a engine light displayed..my regret is that I hadn't been taking my VW there years before. The owner was so thoughtful and professional and came back with all that needed to be replaced so the car was.road safe. I am certain that vehicle's leaving his shop are not only road worthy, and road safe, but absolutely done properly. Thank you for great customer service beyond my expectations.

I can’t begin to express how great Pacific German customer service is.. It’s nearly perfect or if not perfect I say that because not only are they helpful with me and my cars but I see it first hands when other customers walk in and walk out with that same satisfied feeling that your car is in great hands. Besides the perfect customer service there work is one of the best in the country.. I have a Audi A4 b8.5 and they help me reach my goals with all the OEM and aftermarket parts available in the market today. It’s always a pleasure coming into the shop and would recommend it to everyone that has a German car.. it’s literally in the title ..

Just had my 2019 Porsche Cayenne serviced - new tires, brakes and brake fluid flush. I took my Audi R8 to Pacific German with a power seat electrical issue , which turned out to be a somewhat challenging repair. Tyler did not hold back, and dug into Audi wiring diagrams, and subsequently ordered the needed part, and then coded it with a factory scan tool. I give big props to this shop, as I know from experience that not every shop out there would have stuck with it like they did.

The dreaded 'check engine light' came on and went off for about a week. I chose to bring car to Pacific German who quickly diagnosed a minor engine issue to fix. Owner explained in detail the issue, unlike any dealer service rep would. They previously replaced shocks/struts and brakes on this A4 last year. Simply a great place. Avoid the dealers.
