Shawn and his crew are the most knowledgeable and professional guys I've ever encountered in the auto world! They're passionate about German cars and it shows in their work. They ran full diagnostics on my Allroad and worked up a very thorough (and fair) estimate. We scheduled the repairs and they got me into a rental car while the work was done. I couldn't ask for a better experience dealing with such a crappy situation! I would recommend these guys to anyone who owns an Audi or VW that they really care about!

Just picked up my 02 a4 from Shawn here. Great people, excellent-and in my opinion some of the best- vw/audi knowledge. I unfortunately couldn't drop the cash this time on the work they quoted me, but this is the first audi I've owned, and I'm extremely confident that what he listed are the things that really need to be addressed. I will definitely be coming back here for service in the future, and I Highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to take care of their vw or audi!!

Just took my Audi A8L in for 65K service. Yet again, excellent service and very competitive prices. Great waiting area too...coffee, water and even a selection of snacks while you wait, all courtesy of the shop. Such a big difference in customer service from Commonwealth Audi, which is where I purchased my CPO Audi. I've had nothing but headaches with Commonwealth's customer service (or lack thereof...). They have lost me as a customer while Pacific German has gained my business. Great shop! I found Pacific German by doing a google search. I took my 2013 Audi A6 sedan there this morning to have them do some VAG Com mods to my car (video-in-motion, needle sweep/test at start up, disable amber front corner lights, enable LED DRLs to remain on when turn signal is activated with headlights off, increase LEDs to full brightness when headlights are on, remote open/close of windows/sunroof using fob). The owner's son, Tyler, took the time to explain these mods to me. The work was performed in a very timely manner, after which Tyler proceeded to show me how the new features operate. His dad, Shawn, came over and introduced himself as well. These guys are extremely professional and highly knowledgeable of VW/Audi vehicles. They have gained a new customer with me and I will seriously consider taking my car to them for non-warranty work (oil/filter changes, etc...) Great job and great customer service! Read more

Great quality work from Sean and his team! I went in about a week before I got all the things done that I wanted done to my Audi Allroad and got a quote on everything. Then when i came back the following week the guys at Pacific German were ready for me and finished my car that day staying late to finish it up. Needless to say i will definitely be coming back for contiued business to come.

3 check-ins First time here and I was impressed. Very nice and attentive people. Waiting area was huge with a TV to watch while you wait. The shop itself was also huge and very clean. I went to get a Revo tune and they scanned my car before installing the Revo to find out my lphp was going bad which they actually took me into their shop and showed me on their computer. That extra step meant a lot. I ended up getting my lphp and Revo tune done on my Audi B7 that day and I would definitely go back for more because they are intelligent when it comes to cars.

Every time I get work done at Pacific German, its done right the first time. Their attention to detail and hard work really shows. As long as I own a german vehicle, Pacific German will be the only ones who do work on it. Hands down, the best shop in Orange County.

I think this is my first yelp review. I am really impressed with the quality of service here. We have two Audi's and they both have been here several times. Each time Shawn explained the problem, the solution, and gave a fair price. You can't ask for more than that. I'm glad I found Pacific German and I would recommend them highly to anyone. They are really, really good to work with. The quality of work here is probably 2nd to none in Orange County for my VW. Tyler was extremely professional and helpful as always. A quick visit and my driving nuisance of misalignment is GONE for Good. If you want services done right on your VWs, don't bother with other nonspecialist shops, come to Pacific German and spend (and save in the process) your $$$. If I could make one suggestion, it would be the scheduling aspect. Sent an email to request an appointment, but after a week with no response, I had to call in for an appointment but was told I needed to send another email :(. But they were accommodating and give me an appointment via phone. However, because I was too annoyed by my car pulling to the right, Tyler found a time to fit me in asap. Such a great shop that it should set the standards of auto-repair everywhere: in orange county, in the US, in the WORLD, & in the UNIVERSE. Hola, I've been going to these guys for years. They do great work and are very knowledgeable. The new facility is really nice and well located near the 405. I would recommend these guys over the VW dealer any day as they also can do warranty work. JP
