Laguna Hills AUTO REPAIR

I've taken my 2017 B9 to PG several times and the service and work is great. They have installed my H&R coilovers, 034 Motorsports rear sway bar, carbon fiber splitter and fixed my exhaust alignment. All was done timely and professionally. Additionally, I came back unannounced to have them readjust my coilovers and they took care of me with no questions asked. That's customer service. They local, they're open on Saturdays and they're good. I've recommended my friends in LA to drive down to get their VAG cars serviced and upgraded here.

Shawn is such a specialist with Audi's. He has serviced our Audi's for almost 5 years now. We definitely will be taking all our cars to Shawn for years to come!!! Very honest, intelligent, friendly and diligent. Nice waiting room and garage is spotless! Enjoy my trips to Pacific German.

Professional enthusiast I recommend to anyone

I always take my car to Pacific German. They take good care of it, and I know that if they tell me something needs to be repaired it really needs it. Having an honest mechanic is the most important part to me and I get that at Pacific German.

This place is the fantasy factory for European cars. Any day of the week you will find some pretty amazing cars here getting extensive work. No expense spared on shop equipment here and clean enough to eat off the floor. I have come here for service in my GTI and my S4 and I couldn’t be more impressed.

Took my Audi SQ5 there for their Air Suspension drop...Shawn was a pleasure to work with and they were done in under 2 hours with the drop and alignment. Thanks guys !

Very experienced techs. PG was able to diagnose/correct an ongoing problem that two other shops were unable to correct. Very impressed with level of expertise. the shop services some very high-end vehicles yet provides outstanding service to lesser valued vehicles(VW's). As usual you guys did an incredible job for a good price. I really appreciate you checking out my new car. I will continue to stay loyal to this shop becuase they do an excellent job and go out of there way to make sure my cars perfect in every way they can. UPDATE: i continue to bring my car for all service and upgrades to them. Shawn and Tyler are always honest, sincere, and detail oriented. I cannot recommend them enough!
