Adding another review on here. Once again, i HIGHLY recommend Pacific German. Just had some major issues with my suspension system and Shawn was incredibly helpful and reasonable in his recommendations and fix. I will continue to drive the long 45+ minutes to get here for auto service as I'm always treated very well and, of course, his pricing is extremely reasonable. Read more Just took my 2003 Jetta GLS 1.8T Wagon to Pacific German. Sean was extremely thorough in his investigation and was very deliberate in actually showing/demonstrating his finds. The dealer somehow missed that my timing belt was about to die, but one look from Sean and even i could tell that the burn marks would soon give and destroy my engine... I had a lot of work done but they were incredibly generous in bundling labor. I will definitely be returning for anything i need done on my car and will recommend them to anyone driving a VW or Audi. I am very meticulous about who works on my car. I was referred to these guys from one of my coworkers. I had my suspension installed and a revo stage 1 chip done here. The shop is immaculate and the employees are knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention they offer a wide assortment of OE replacment performance accessories. I moved to SoCal from Seattle with my VW R32. It's not a run of the mill car, it's nothing like a stock car. Most shops run away. These guys stepped up and had no issues working on a modified car. Their customer service and timeliness of repairs its amazing. They worked with me to bundle multiple small things to save me time and money. Will be going back, and have referred several friends to them as well.

Great place. Came here to get my suspension done on my a4. Promised time was decent and work done was excellent, its been a month and car feels great. Price is fair and the owner's sons who worked on my car were very nice (owner was busy i guess, he doesn't seem that nice though). That said, I'll come back for more work and maybe a REVO flash!!! Highly recommended.

I've owned my Audi since 2004 and been to five different Audi mechanics over the years including two Audi dealerships in Orange County. This company by far has been the best experience . The owner is respectful, the shop is very clean, the prices are competitive and the service to my car was excellent. I would recommend Pacific German to any friends with an Audi's or Volkswagen's.

These guys are the best. Trust me. The S5 photos on their site are my car. Been going here ever since they moved to lake forest and I'm glad they're here to stay! I've had many mods done on my 2011 Audi S5. They're local for me so it makes it super convenient, gives great feedback, and very welcoming. Shawn is also willing to pick up and drop off after the works done. Starting to build a good relationship with this shop. They are honest about everything and know their stuff.

Had coil overs installed on my Golf here last week and could not have been more pleased. Great family run shop that takes the time to explain what they are doing and why. Very clean and you can tell they care about their work. I will be taking my cars here for all my VW and Audi needs. Customer service is what really matters in a business and this place has it in spades. It doesn't hurt that the owner Shawn and his sons do great work as well!
