Their prices are very competitive, they are very knowledgeable, and do a great job keeping you updated on things. I have owned 7 German cars in my life and refuse to get screwed at the dealer, so have always gone the independent route, and this shop is by far the best. Came here after a terrible experience at a VW dealership. Shawn answered an email promptly asking when I would like to bring in my vehicle. When I finally came in he looked at my car immediately and installed the part I brought in within the hour. He also remembered that I was experiencing other issues with my car from my email 2 weeks ago. He took a look and my car was ready to go with a quote for the needed repair. No hard sell, just straightforward advice to keep the vehicle safe, I always feel that is his primary concern and why I go back. Great shop. Great guys. Fast friendly service at a fair price.took my car from the brink and brought it back. I've found a fantastic alternative to the overpriced dealership. The "snob" vibe mentioned in other posts is actually more correctly a no BS vibe. They tell you exactly like it is about your car issue, no sugar no fluff, so that you can make an informed decision. This is an approach that makes for a much better much more informed and timely decision. If you have car and you need it taken care of, this is your place. Plus the waiting area is nice. I have a 2015 S4 and I will not take my car anywhere else. The last time I took my car there they had 3 B8.5 S4s in the shop. They are extremely knowledgeable about my car and all aftermarket upgrades. All of the guys at the shop are really nice and helpful. They pay close attention to detail and do great work. They did lowering springs, wheels, tires, control arms and brake pads on my car. They did a great job and the price was extremely reasonable. These guys are great. I've had 3 issues already with my VW TDI (commuter) and you have a tendency to hate anything connected to the manufacturer. I think a lot of folks have an issue with their car and want to blame the mechanics. But even as raw of a deal as I have going with my car, Sean and his team provide advice that is in the best interest of the longevity of your car every time. The best VW/Audi group shop in the LA area. I make the drive from West LA to have my car worked on by these guys. Shawn, Mason, and Tyler provide honesty, quality work, and reasonable prices. They won't be the cheapest around, but they'll get it right the first time, ultimately saving you time, stress, and money. Big thumbs up.
