Took my MK7 R to Pacific German completely stock and drove it back home with REVO stage 3 IS38ETR, all I can say is driving this car (or should I say BEAST) back home was a true pleasure and total surprise. With their technology, state of the art facility and amazing quality of work they delivered me a beast. Many times we wonder who is going to work on our car specially if you are a very meticulous owner in regards to how you treat your vehicle and how you care for it. A main concern I always had with shops is would they scratch it? would it be damaged? would the parts be installed correctly and by a certified technician not just a kid enthusiast? With Pacific German I had no worries, all those fears were completely taken away by being offered a quality service, with attention to detail and most importantly was guaranteed and backed up. Again, I cant say enough great things regarding Pacific German, Shawn and Tyler are amazing. Thank yo, thank you, I'm going to enjoy this.

I took the car to two, so called, Audi mechanics before I found Shawn, and I was disappointed. I brought the car to Shawn ever since and he did a great job...decent prices, solid work. On one occasion, he actually came to pick me up since I had to leave the car at his shop for a few days...excellent customer service. Feels good and safe to be back at Pacific German. I would not take my car anywhere else.

Right from the first phone call I felt secure and confident with Pacific German. Tyler was patient and informative. We discussed options and he let me know what he thought about my upgrades. I agreed with him and added a couple of things and he was totally onboard. They quoted me a price and stuck to that price, even though they did a little extra work for me. It is a family business and you feel like part of that family. I am so pleased with the work and confident everything was done professionally and expertly. I am so happy with their work and the way they do business that I would recommend them 7 days a week.

Outstanding place to have work done on my 2014 Audi Q7!! I started with major upgrades and now how taken my car in for regular servicing! Always professional, knowledgeable for sure and just great positive people! They had me in and out in no time. Even though it is not convenient for me as I live in Huntington Beach, I will not trust anyone other then Pacific German and the guys there to work on my car! Check them out and if you are looking to upgrade you car or just to get servicing, to owe to yourself to visit them!!!
