Service was good and price accommodating, staff seems to be overwhelmed with work. I asked if someone could give me a ride back home and after waiting for 30 minutes, I reminded him that I was waiting and he apologized, it seems that he forgot, and he then proceeded to tell me that the car was done. It would help to have someone at the front desk to welcome customers and attend their needs.

There are many difficult things to find in this world... an honest and technically exceptional mechanic is a unicorn. These guys took a broken car and built it into something far greater. I bought this car almost new, it never drove close to this well ever. It’s a different machine and I’m grateful to them. Their work is flawless. I will be bringing all my VAG vehicles to them for life.

Transmission was rebuilt on my S4 transmission. Everything is working great! Great people great service great shop. Even though they have high end cars in the shop they are through with my daily driver/track car.

Had a power steering issue and Shawn handled quickly. Major or minor maintenance, this professional service center is great. Fair prices, trustworthy help.

The family team at Pacific German truly cares about the customer. They explain what needs to be done versus what a normal dealer tells you through scare tactics. This is by far the best place to go if ur in need of auto repair or tunning. I recently had them install a new neuspeed p flow because they highly recommend it for my Vw golf r mk6 . To be honest I really like the way the car is running now. I also have them recently change the oil cam flower spark plugs and I happy with the price and great work. I also plan on having the timming belt and water pump job there soon. Thanks again for the loyalty and honest legit work.. Manny
