Outstanding....I had a very difficult noise issue with the front of my VW Jetta. The car went to a local dealership and another independent repair shop. I invested a rather "healthy" chunk of money at both without a resolution to the problem. Pacific German diagnosed and corrected the problem in one day.The shop appears very clean and organized,nice to be able to take a VW to a high end Euro shop and get the same professional help.This will be my new go to mechanic for both my VW and my son's VW...Thank you very much for the professional attention to my vehicle and the knowledgeable front desk staff. On a last note, I will not bad mouth the prior shops,they just do not have the experience as PG, I was treated fairly and professionally but the ability to diagnose and repair a complex problem was missing....Thanx PG

I had noise coming from the front brakes. PG had the issue diagnosed and fixed in minutes. These guys know their stuff and they consistently get it done right and on time. They have made great upgrade recommendations that have improved my cars performance without being too costly. I trust them more than any other shop to ensure my car is safe and running at its peak.

This is absolutely the best place I have ever taken a car to to be repaired. Extremely professional. Explains what is being done and why. Goes overboard to be of service. And it's not charging exorbitant prices. I hate to Sell my 2006 Audi convertible simply because I will not have them anymore to take care of it and me.

I brought the ladies car down for an oil change. They got it done quickly. checked out everything else and we were done. It is a simple as that bringing the cars there. Very professional staff and great work. I also love the aquarium that they have in the shop. It is great at keeping me entertained while i am waiting.

Wouldn’t take it any where else...they are making mechanics reputations great again. Top notch service, very friendly and trusting. 10/10.

Spoke with Bryce. He said the service at this business was excellent. The service was done in a timely fashion. Everything was exactly as they described and all of his expectations were met.

I lost my Audi key fob and went to Pacific German to order a new one. All my keys had to be reprogrammed which took only 20 minutes. Pacific's price was much lower than the dealer. The process was quick and smooth.
