I had noise coming from the front brakes. PG had the issue diagnosed and fixed in minutes. These guys know their stuff and they consistently get it done right and on time. They have made great upgrade recommendations that have improved my cars performance without being too costly. I trust them more than any other shop to ensure my car is safe and running at its peak.

This is absolutely the best place I have ever taken a car to to be repaired. Extremely professional. Explains what is being done and why. Goes overboard to be of service. And it's not charging exorbitant prices. I hate to Sell my 2006 Audi convertible simply because I will not have them anymore to take care of it and me.

I brought the ladies car down for an oil change. They got it done quickly. checked out everything else and we were done. It is a simple as that bringing the cars there. Very professional staff and great work. I also love the aquarium that they have in the shop. It is great at keeping me entertained while i am waiting.

I lost my Audi key fob and went to Pacific German to order a new one. All my keys had to be reprogrammed which took only 20 minutes. Pacific's price was much lower than the dealer. The process was quick and smooth.

So I just finished with major upgrades to my 2014 Audi Q7! The guys at Pacific German are absolutely outstanding in their knowledge and ideas when it came to upgrading my car. The finished product is beyond my expectations!! The attention to detail, their own demand for perfection and the myriad of ideas to further improve the look and performance of the car was outstanding! I will not take my car anywhere else for upgrades or future service. They are better than a dealer. My thanks to Shawn, Tyler and Mason for all the hard work and making my car incredible! My experience was excellent. I made an appointment online about a week in advance. I arrived first thing in the morning and figured I was going to be there all day. I brought my lap top and figured I could get some work done. Quite to the contrary. Tyler took down my info and had my car on the lift not long after I arrived. I'd have to say that I was in and out under 2 hours which is pretty impressive. Facility: Pacific German's facility has to be one of the nicest in Orange County and maybe all of So Cal. The customer lounge is super neat and has fast WiFi for those customers waiting. The shop itself is clinically clean. For the customer, a great feature is the massive fish tank that separates the shop from the customer lounge. You never want customers in the shop while work is being done, but the customers, if they are car people like me want to be around the cars. The fishtank lets you look right out into the shop and see what is going on. Such a nice touch. Knowledge Base: This is a family run business. This is a business run by enthusiasts. Enthusiasts are usually into details - detail oriented people are who you want working on your vehicle. Pacific German is going to take that little bit of extra care which makes all the difference.
