We have 2 AUDI's. My wife has a Q7 and i have an A6. Been here a few times. Had my headlights (DRL's) reprogramed, had my oil changed and had a stage 1 computer program for a performance upgrade. Very knowledgeable staff. Im in and out pretty quick. I drive from LA to get my service done here.

Great job, even with a massive repair. Timing chain broke on a 2002 996, which ate a few valves, and involved a full rebuild. It took a few weeks for the job to get done since parts needed to be machined, but they kept me apprised of the process, sometimes with pictures as they worked, and the price was reasonable. Well, reasonable for a Porsche rebuild I supposed. Two months after the repair everything is working great. They did a free oil change 500mi after the rebuild to make sure there as no metal in the oil, no leaks, etc. Everything checked out. Great service.

I've taken my 2017 B9 to PG several times and the service and work is great. They have installed my H&R coilovers, 034 Motorsports rear sway bar, carbon fiber splitter and fixed my exhaust alignment. All was done timely and professionally. Additionally, I came back unannounced to have them readjust my coilovers and they took care of me with no questions asked. That's customer service. They local, they're open on Saturdays and they're good. I've recommended my friends in LA to drive down to get their VAG cars serviced and upgraded here.

Shawn is such a specialist with Audi's. He has serviced our Audi's for almost 5 years now. We definitely will be taking all our cars to Shawn for years to come!!! Very honest, intelligent, friendly and diligent. Nice waiting room and garage is spotless! Enjoy my trips to Pacific German.
