Great service as usual

I needed work done on my 2017 GTI but didn't want to go to a dealership (not conveniently located), so I did some online searching and discovered Pacific German from one of the car enthusiasts forums. I gave them a call and spoke with Tyler. He said they were pretty busy but could probably squeeze me in if I left the car with them for the day. I agreed and dropped the car off the next morning. Tyler explained the what and how they would perform the service I requested with upfront pricing. I picked up my car that afternoon with all tasks completed without issue. They are a great local service/repair shop that I will definitely use again, and recommend to all of my friends.

It is so refreshing to find an automotive repair business and the people who work there who are as passionate about auto's as I am. The help, service and advise is second to none.

Brought my RS7 in for an alignment since I lowered it and installed new wheels a year ago only to find extreme inner tire wear. The shop I went to previously never warned me about this. Found Pacific German through a google search and had new control arms installed and an alignment done. Car handles much better. On top of that, I complained about exhaust rattles that had been bothering me for a year. Previous shop in HB did a poor job on the install and even on the warranty request - Pacific German fixed it all in one day. Feels like a different car that I'm no longer looking to sell. Ordered an intake and wanted to get it installed ASAP. Pacific German was able to take my car in immediately and have it done in no time. Shawn and Tyler are great. Very informative and thorough. I've long hated most car shops that I've worked with over the last 15 years. Glad I finally found a family business that works on these cars, is local, and cares about the quality of their work. Always a great experience. Never have an issue. I know my car is in good hands and honest repair work.

Great service and friendly staff. Was very forthright, with no hidden fees or surprises. Came all the way from Los Angeles and will definitely be back next time I need work done.

Thanks for a professional approach, soon as the OBD plug goes into an expensive car the owners blood pressure rockets. Not here, the service was done as quoted without any of the BS you normally get, a great price also compared to a main dealer for my 2013 Audi S6. They did the DSG gearbox service as well as the oil change and spark plugs , now smooth as silk and the car is driving like a dream. It's nice to see a family run business that actually cares for their customers.

These guys are incredible. I always enjoy sitting in the lobby looking at the gorgeous tropical fish tank. They were able to do everything I asked, and I am a customer that is very specific in my requests. They have always taken care of me very well. I greatly look forward to bringing my car in here as long as they can keep her running which should be a long time based on these mechanics’ skill. Thanks guys!!
