Shawn and his team are an awesome group of guys that really know what they are doing. I have gotten a good amount of work done on my Audi S6 and I would not feel comfortable getting in done anywhere else. Pacific German had painted my calibers red and after a few months a few chips showed up. They had no problem taking the car back getting the calibers repainted and even paid for my rental car. Having just moved here from Missouri (St. Louis), I needed to find an alternative to a dealership for servicing my Audi S5. Prices in CA are substantially more than in the Midwest. I decided to try Pac German mainly after reading how they specialized in my particular line, but what topped it off was the way I was treated strictly from the phone conversation about my oil change. Yep, an oil change. You would've swore I was their most important customer. Once they got my car back to me within an hour for the oil change, I went back for some more work I had planned. When I got it back in less than 24 hours for the dreaded carbon cleaning that Audi 4.2 engines are prone to (which I assumed to be a 2, 3 day job), I let them know they had won a new customer. Can't say enough about Shawn's knowledge, his honesty, his professionalism. Any dealership with a service dept can take the blueprint that Pacific German has laid out, and improve their operation. I took my new GTI in for a tune and was extremely impressed not only by the shop, but the friendly nature of the guys there. Tyler took the time to explain things in detail and gave me the impression that he truly respected me as a customer and appreciated my business. Will definitely have them service my car going forward.

I really appreciate the thoroughness of your evaluation and the extensive checking of other aspects of my car. Not charging me was a surprise and greatly appreciated.

I really like their convenient Saturday hours. I dropped off my S4 on a Saturday around 8:30 AM for all new high performance rotors and pads along with the 65K Service. Pacific German completed all of the service by 11:30 AM. I take my Audi to them for everything, especially for my after market performance parts and services.

The company at Pacific German is completely trustworthy. If they tell you something is wrong with your car, you should fix it. They always take great care of my fix from fixing small things (this visit was to fix a bulb) to fixing large things (suspension, clutch, you name it).

I'm OCD when it comes to my cars and my belongings in general. I don't like others touching my cars or even work on them. I dread it when I have to take my cars into the dealership for warranty work. I'm a DIYer for that reason and of course, I somewhat like tinkering around with cars and toys. I just purchased a new toy and wanted a couple of mods installed. I called around, read reviews, and did my due research. I was looking for a shop that worked on high end cars (Porsche, Audi, exotics, VW as well as all European cars). I ended up taking a chance with Pacific German. Tyler owned and modded the same car that I brought in, which made my decision easier. This shop is truly a Godsend! From the lobby to the shop itself, it's immaculate. That says something about the operation, IMO. Tyler and Shawn are true professionals and car gurus--exceptionally competent, knowledgeable, passionate, and just all around good people. Tyler meticulously installed the mods better than I could have ever done, which says something. I'm really anal retentive, as I've said, with my "things". Yes Tyler, I check everyone's work :-) In my line of work, we have a saying--"trust but verify". You just know that someone is that attention to detail oriented when he (Tyler) boxes and wraps everything neatly (the old parts taken off the car) to give back to the customer. Most everyone just throws them in a box and hands them to you, if they remember at all. The hourly fees were in line with other shops in category and fair. More importantly, they do exceptional work. Tyler answered all my questions and was really easy to work with. Seemed very down to earth and laid back. Shawn, the owner, showed me around the shop. I got to check out his toys but I couldn't look any longer, otherwise I might have driven away in his beautiful highly modded R8 :-) They have my trust to leave them with my cars anyday! New brakes were installed on my 2016 Golf R and as usual the quality and service provided by Pacific German was outstanding. Very pleased.
