Brought my car in for some aftermarket work. I was able to get all the quoting squared away online & over the phone which I appreciated. The entire team was clear as to when it would be ready and let me know when it was ready for pickup. Shawn and his crew are extremely informative and helpful and I trust them every time I drop off my car.

Took my car in at the last minute due to an unexpected dead battery. They were able to get me in and out in record time!! This might sound like an easy deal until you find out they have to remove the driver’s seat to get at the battery! I can’t thank these guys enough for keeping me posted with text messages on my cars availability!! Thanks guys for the great work!

It is like a day at the spa, with massage and shower included. When I leave the car is happy.... This is my second year and I recommend Pacific German for service, no matter how old or new your car is. What an improvement over the previous 14+ at various Porsche dealers.
