I had seen a YouTube video on a Passat CC that Pacific German built. It was an incredible transformation. I decided to take my 2019 Passat to them. I explained my needs and Tyler had the right solution. And by the looks of the cars in the mechanics bay they have all the right solution's for all German cars. Audi RS8, Porsche GTS's, I could go on and on of all the German super cars in their bays. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and his work can be seen in many magazines and YouTube videos. My next upgrade will come from Pacific German without a doubt. Oh and they are competitively priced I was very pleased that the upgrades I have in mind are very affordable at their shop.

I saw a YouTube video of a Volkswagen CC that Pacific German had built for one of their clients. I had my 2019 Passat upgraded with a NuSpeed mod. They had my car in & out in about 30 minutes. Tyler is an all things German made Genius. In their lobby are pictures of some of the cars they have built over they years and the magazine articles they are listed in. Really fantastic stuff. Also they have the best aquarium in their reception area.

When you walk into a shop and they welcome you friendly, they make you feel warm and overall care about your business, well that’s Pacific German! This is the first service center for my Audi that I have not felt intimidated, and sold services that I do not need. They are experts and I love the fact that if you ask a question you get a detailed email response . Very professional.

Clean and spacious shop. Very friendly staff. Wealth of knowledge and great skill from staff. Fantastic waiting area and feels like a cool hangout. Checkout the fish tank or watch some TV on the big screen. Overall a 100/100 business

When I brought in for inspection a used vehicle I had recently purchased, prior to even looking at it, Shawn proceeded to tell me all the problems associated with that model. And as if the laundry list of all the problems wasn't enough, he punctuated his point by telling me that if anyone ever asks his advice on that particular model, he tells them not to buy it at any price. While I was impressed at Shawn's apparent knowledge of these cars, I couldn't believe that someone would think it's a good business practice to essentially tell a prospective customer that he's a fool. The reason the rating wasn't ZERO stars is that Shawn is obviously very knowledgeable and offered a very thorough (though also very expensive) inspection.
