When I brought in for inspection a used vehicle I had recently purchased, prior to even looking at it, Shawn proceeded to tell me all the problems associated with that model. And as if the laundry list of all the problems wasn't enough, he punctuated his point by telling me that if anyone ever asks his advice on that particular model, he tells them not to buy it at any price. While I was impressed at Shawn's apparent knowledge of these cars, I couldn't believe that someone would think it's a good business practice to essentially tell a prospective customer that he's a fool. The reason the rating wasn't ZERO stars is that Shawn is obviously very knowledgeable and offered a very thorough (though also very expensive) inspection.

Above and Beyond! Shawn and his team quickly diagnosed several issues that included finding parts that were installed by another service provider that did not meet the criteria of the manufacturer. They were able to repair our vehicle swiftly and well under budget. Shawn and his team take pride in their work and by example showed me that they really care about each vehicle that comes through their shop. Shawn treated me like family...as if his daughter were going to be driving this car! We now have a professional company that offers a scheduled maintenance program that includes an online history report and reminder email to help keep our vehicle properly maintained. We are very pleased with Pacific German Inc. and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for German expertise and great service! We brought it in for some recommended service, Shawn and his team did a great job... the car drives great! Thank you !

Excellent service and overall customer experience with 2014 A4 out of warranty. I had been a long time customer at a notable OC Audi dealer. A recent service quote for various brake, strut, suspension and other engine work outrageously expensive. I connected with Pacific German owner and he reviewed the dealer quote in detail and came back with a quote over 1/3 less with additional recommended work .
