Our 3 series BMW was due for brakes all around and some additional misc. work. We did have the car at the dealer but felt unclear about their assessment. Brought it to Pacific German and they provided an extremely clear understanding of what that car needed and what it didn't. They provided clear photos and descriptions outlining everything. Our BMW will only be serviced with Pacific German for the life of said car.

Really surprised by the great communication. Received a text with a quote and pictures. Reasonable price prices and recommendations. They were very good accommodating with drop off and pick up. Would recommend them to anyone with a German car.

Tyler worked on my car for 3-4 hours while I waited in the spacious waiting area (sofas, tv, complimentary water and coffee). Shawn answered all my questions with professionalism. I got a factory scan tool suspension lowering and an aftermarket black grille. I'm very happy with the work and will return for more soon. Well worth the drive from Santa Barbara County!

This was my first visit to Pacific German, and I'd had high expectations due to the incredible reviews and so much attention paid to them by the Audi owner's community and their numerous features by ACNA and quattro Magazine. I communicated with both Shawn and Tyler via email to first inquire about the best solution for lowering my 2016 S3 with Audi Mag Ride. I was interested in the H&R VTF Adjustable Lowering Spring kit, not knowing what would be the best solution for me. Shawn mentioned this was a great choice, but also recommended the similar solution from KW, which given the price point, great reviews, and Shawn's own experience with them is what I went with. After easily scheduling an appointment, I had to reschedule, hoping to get it done sooner before the weekend. Tyler ensured they'd have an open lift first thing that Friday morning and would be able to get me in and out that day, which they absolutely did. In speaking with Tyler, I knew within minutes that I came to the right place. His combination of extensive product and technical knowledge and great customer service was greatly appreciated as, coming into the appointment, I had little knowledge of what I needed to acheive the result I wanted. He took the time to answer all my newbie questions with great care. The service was executed flawlessly as I'd hoped. I'm now a satisfied customer and look forward to taking both my Audis to Pacific German in the future.

I spoke to Shawn this morning about getting new break pads and rotors to see if they had time today to get them done. He said 'Sure! no problem.' He had me in and out in a few hours. Amazing service as always. They never disappoint. They did a great job! Best customer service hands down!
