Got a stage 2 tune on my VW MkIV at a resonable price and now my car has never ran better. Car was done within 6 hours of dropping it off, can’t beat that. I’ll be taking my car back here again in the future!

I highly oppose Pacific German for 4 reasons: 1. The service is 'Unreasonably expensive'. Shawn asked $750 for a service which I ended up paying $300 in the same street with labor and cost of parts. 2.The diagnostic report was superficial with a few pictures which did not add useful info. Useless $149 report! 3. When I took the car to different mechanic, the mechanic showed me the brake fluid oil container was left open. Unbelievable! I could have loose pressure on my breaks and crash! Awful mistake! 4. Last but not least, Shawn uses fear tactics to sell his expensive below average services. When I rejected his service, he became furious! He didn't know I am a mechanical engineer and I detected his none sense. I strongly discourage you to take your car to Pacific German.

I took my 2020 Audi SQ5 to Pacific German for wheel spacers and lowering using their factory scanning tools. After waiting for a few hours, I was informed they were having a complication with the on-board computer ystem, which initially made me doubt their stellar reviews. Tyler then set me up with a rental car and ensured me he would be able to rectify the problem the next day; he didn’t disappoint. The following morning, the issue was resolved, the car was lowered and H&R wheel spacers were added. Car looks great and has the aggressive stance they promised. Although I started to doubt their stellar reviews they came through with work as promised. Thx Pacific German!!

Bottom line: Labor rate is about 60% of a dealer. This shop uses dealership tools and method, so essentially you get dealer - level service at a reduced cost (no loaner or car wash, however). They immediately hit me up for a tune but i didn't mind the question. They seemed very competent and it's probable that this shop is geared toward people that desire more performance. I found out about them from an Audi dealer mechanic (so it appears that they have a good rep in that circle).
