Shawn is a pro and I trust him and his staff. They are not the cheapest, but are ethical and fair which I believe is worth something. Even if they are higher than other shops at times, I still want him to have all my business as he has been more than fair on other unpredictable repairs, when he or other shops could have gouged me. They send photos to illustrate any issue so you see exactly what they claim is wrong. Transparent.

It’s always a great experience catching up with the team at Pacific German. Not only do they treat your car like it’s their own but you get to see all the cool cars that they are working on as well.

I went in for a simple oil change for my 991, but the thorough inspection that was included revealed some maintenance tasks that I'm grateful to know about before they turned into major issues. I feel confident entrusting them with my car for the other required services. I had to juggle some office work while the car was in, so having their comfortable lobby available while waiting was a huge convenience.

I had my Porsche 997 TT in for engine repair, and ended doing the clutch and miscellaneous other things while the engine was out. Very knowledgeable and quick turnaround. Shawn was very responsive and kept me up to date on progress throughout. I’ve tried other shops in the area, but this is probably the one I will stick with. You pay a bit more than some other places, but I think you get what you pay for. Knowledgeable technicians and good service.
