Took my Audi SQ5 there for their Air Suspension drop...Shawn was a pleasure to work with and they were done in under 2 hours with the drop and alignment. Thanks guys ! UPDATE: I took my 2021 Audi RS6 Avant to Pacific German for the Factory Scan Tool Lowering, Matrix LED Enabling and Blue LED on the Laser Light Enabling. This was the second car I've taken to them for some work (previous was a 2018 Audi SQ5). They did incredible work and finished much faster than I expected. Another great experience ! I will definitely be back !

Then allowed to ask more questions and make my decision without feeling pushed to do something. Further, I like knowing when I can expect the work to be completed. All very straightforward. Pacific German has great attention to detail. I’ve been away from Southern California for 7 years and had to take my car to the dealer for service while living out of the area. When I’d have my car aligned at the the dealer, they could never get my steering wheel straight on 3 different Audis over 7 years. Pacific German got every detail right, including ensuring my wife’s steering wheel was straight. They do excellent work and glad to be back in the area where they can service my cars.

You guys are awesome, I was referred from a friend to bring my GTI here for its 40k DSG Service and I couldn’t be happier. My shifts are super smooth and they were very thorough and let me know everything I will need serviced. Easy to make an appointment. Friendly staff. Walk around video was very good. I saw exactly what needed work. I don't feel like any extras were pushed on me, as can often happen at dealerships. Work done well, in a timely manner.
