Very thorough and complete service. Pacific German does an incredible job keeping my 911 in tip top condition. The team also keeps me informed of any upcoming service reminders.

I went in for a simple oil change for my 991, but the thorough inspection that was included revealed some maintenance tasks that I'm grateful to know about before they turned into major issues. I feel confident entrusting them with my car for the other required services. I had to juggle some office work while the car was in, so having their comfortable lobby available while waiting was a huge convenience.

I had my Porsche 997 TT in for engine repair, and ended doing the clutch and miscellaneous other things while the engine was out. Very knowledgeable and quick turnaround. Shawn was very responsive and kept me up to date on progress throughout. I’ve tried other shops in the area, but this is probably the one I will stick with. You pay a bit more than some other places, but I think you get what you pay for. Knowledgeable technicians and good service.

I bought some wheels that other RS6 drivers are using but on my car they made a harmonic resonance type noise when braking. After Tyler and his techs troubleshot the issue by rotating and changing wheels with factory and other aftermarket wheels, they communicated with the maker and worked out a way to correct the situation. Anytime you mess with a vehicle out of the factory specs, you could run into issues, and Pacific German doesn't leave you hanging in the wind. It's a drive for me, but worth it to choose them as the only shop I choose to modify my RS6.

Contacted Shawn late on a Thursday with a disabled BMW. He kept the shop open until I could hobble it over there and stored in his garage overnight. Gave me good options for new tires and back on the road Friday night! So glad I found this shop! Will be back for tuning!
