Pacific German has been maintaining and repairing my 176,000 mile, 2007 Audi A4 convertible since we bought it new. Because of the professionals at Pacific German, the car drives and looks like it is brand new. With the present cost of a new cars and crazy interest rates, I may drive this car for another 200,000 miles. Thanks go out to the great mechanics and staff at Pacific German.

I am a repeat customer of Pacific German and asked them to address a low coolant issue on my 2015 Audi A3. They were responsive and diagnosed the issue early the next day after the car cooled down. It took one more day to get everything done and their communication was very thorough. I knew what was going on and the pictures helped me understand the problem. Shawn said it ran very smoothly on the test drive with no other issues and he was right! Great drive home with the performance I would expect from an Audi. Thanks Shawn and team! Honest review. I bought a 2020 Kline exhaust not a 2017 Kline exhaust for my 2020 Nissan GTR in 2020 from Pops and Son of Pacific German Auto. I tried to cancel this order before it was even started due to concern of modifying my exhaust with California exhaust laws. Shawn refused to give me a refund on this 10,000 dollar exhaust. He even used vulgar abusive language when I went to pick this exhaust up. He opened up all the boxes and threw my exhaust all over his Pacific German business using profanity and belittling me as a human being! After 3 years plus I still have this exhaust. Not knowing the technical info of this exhaust system I tried to contact Pacific German today and request information needed to sell this exhaust to regain my losses. They refused to do so! They wouldn't give me any information on this exhaust system that I paid 10k for from PACIFIC GERMAN AUTO. I have reported this situation with BBB and other social media sites. Being a BULLY doesn't work Shawn. Karma does though!

Team handled my car as though it was their own. Depth of Engineering knowledge and material behavior is evident. Friendly, direct, honest.
