Finally took my car in for Shawn’s recommendation to replace struts and shocks as they were worn. I didn’t think it was a big deal so I have to say thank you for continuing to press me on getting it done. This made a huge difference in how the car drives. The team at Pacific German know how these cars are meant to drive, and be driven, and their recommendations should be listened to. The service itself was good but took a little longer than planned due to a technician illness. I knew of the delay so no issue there. Pricing is reasonable. I won’t say this is your place for a bargain deal but their work and expertise warrant the slight premium. You leave confident that you have good parts, craftsmanship and they stand behind their work.

Shawn's work on my VW was above and beyond to explain some of the challenges and options to fix. Everyone at this shop is an expert in Audi/VW/Porsche and I know I got the best service possible.

The staff and work are absolutely terrific!!! They truly care about the vehicle and its driver/owner!!! Very informative, excellent eye for detail, well-focused discussion with the owner. Pacific German brought my aging Audi A4 up to date in performance, as close to a new Audi as could be achieved!

Needed Jetta for holidays -- All maintenance done @PG (Drove today from Huntington) They will always help you and Shawn the owner is a tech Wizard. Nice people to deal with and busy Shop -- Good Wi-Fi if you plan to do work there too (while waiting)

We have been taking our BMW M40 and Audi Q7 to Pacific German for the last two years since our warranty and Audi care expired. They have great customer service, excellent maintenance and are reasonably priced. Will not take my cars anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

One of the only people I trust to take my car to. These guys only provide the best work and customer service. They go the extra mile for you and no matter what you’re going in for, if you have your vehicle inspected; be prepared for a thorough walkthrough complete with pictures in a PDF emailed to you explaining what issues you have. Not many places will do that for you and can be a bit hard to trust. Their labor prices are a bit on the higher side, but you pay for that piece of mind knowing your car will come back better than it came in. If you have any German car like an Audi, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, etc. and want quality work in OC, take it here.
