My car is RS5 Sportback, and it with DRC, I wanna lower this car, Shawn and Tyler help me choose the ABT H.A.S kit, they install it set the recommend ride height, they are very friendly and knowledgeable, they did perfect job.
I have a gt3rs and a m3 and they have taken care of m3 with better customer service than any shop or Porsche dealers I’ve taken my other car too. Def will be going here from now on

My DIY 911 engine mount upgrade went south big time so I was desperate. Who squeezed me in and got the car back in time for the PCA event? Pacific German. Shawn and his crew spent countless hours (and drill bits) extracting 3 stubborn and irretrievably broken engine mount bolts. They did not charge me what they actually invested in this insanely difficult and time consuming effort. Most appreciated. Car rides and runs awesome. Heroes all (as usual). Recommend!
Pacific German has deep knowledge that they were able to apply to the maintenance and repairs for my 2008 RS4 Cabriolet. Much better care and attention than our local Audi dealer.
