Took my 2008 Audi R8 in for a regular oil change. During their routine inspection of my car they noticed that the serpentine belt was fraying, 3 struts were leaking and my waterpump was weaping. Luckily I have a Fidelity extended warranty. Shawn and his team dealt with Fidelity and got the struts and waterpump replaced, costing me only my deductible for those items. Thanks to their thoroughness I now have a car that runs and handles perfectly. I'll never go to the dealership for service of any kind ever again. I'm a Pacific German customer for as long as I own this vehicle.
