Had extensive work done on my mkvi Golf R. The vehicle was covered through an extended warranty, and Sean was able to navigate the murky waters and supply me with the best options for repair; despite what the warranty company was urging. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and honest. They went above and beyond in my case and I greatly appreciate it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I'm delighted to provide an overwhelming thumbs up review for Pacific German! I had an elusive and nagging check engine light issue. Given their extensive experience with Audi/VW, they quickly identified the likely cause and provided an estimate, along with a technical explanation as to what is happening. I then had the work done and am extremely pleased their initial theory was accurate, they completed the work at the quoted price and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back!

Pacific German is without a doubt, the best VW/Audi/Porsche shop in Orange County. I've been taking my Volkswagen there for the longest time, and don't trust anyone else to touch it. Whenever I get my car back from service, it drives like new! The quality of work they do is absolutely stellar, and Shawn and his technicians are so knowledgeable and passionate about the cars they work on. I've never once had to bring my car back because the job was done incorrectly.

Pacific German has been nothing been staller when it comes to the quality of work, inspection conducted on my vehicle, and identifying preventative maintenance. Their prices are more than fair compared to other shops especially considering the quality of work done. Not the easiest commute for sure considering I live in Venice and the shop is located in Lake Forest but that should tell you something that I'm willing to make that drive. Tyler and Shawn at Pacific German are amazing, and so are other guys on their staff. They follow classic "underpromise and overdeliver" model. I recently had suspension upgrades done to my Porsche 911, and Tyler saved couple thousand dollars by talking me out of unnecessary (at this point) mods. He was able to strike the perfect balance between performance focused daily 911 that will see occasional track use with 3-4 events per year. Great job guys and you've earned my business!
