I went to the dealer for years but it started sounding like they were fishing for something to work on. Pacific German is straight forward, honest, and knowledgeable. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Pacific German is THE premier auto repair facility in Orange County. Shawn, Tyler, Mason and everyone else there is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I believe they know exactly what it takes to keep my car happy for years to come. I recently picked up my first Audi and after working with them for almost the last 5 years it was a no brainer that Pacific German will be the only people to service my car. Family ownership increases accountability and the responsibility to do right by the name and the customers. Absolutely true for these folks. Tyler found an alignment problem of which I was completely unaware. The drive him was night and day. I’ll be back. I’m doing some modifications and this shop is exceptionally knowledgeable.

Very helpful and professional and went beyond when working on my 991.2 GT3. They were willing to take up their lift for 2 weeks to get wheels powder coated because of it’s center lock wheels while other shops would not want to tie up their lift. They had good attention to detail and make great recommendations.
