I moved to Orange County in July and was looking for a dependable Porsche shop for my 2009 C4S. Long story short - I sold that car and now have a 2017 TT and the team at Pacific German could not be more accommodating, professional and competent! No one ever wants to drop their car off for a specific service only to learn they need to do much more work than they thought. But this is what happened to me and I am grateful to Pacific German for identifying and repairing critical systems of my vehicle. Shawn is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He and his team overhauled my recently acquired 2002 996 and corrected a myriad of problems due to previous owner’s neglect. I dropped my car off in early in the morning for routine maintenance as I have numerous times. I asked if it was possible to have my car back by 3pm since I needed it for the weekend. It was ready as promised. It's a family run business, and I always get straight answers from the owner, Shawn, when I have a question about parts or service. I judge a business by how they treat their customers and the quality of the work they perform. I keep going back so what does that tell you.

Tyler and Shawn helped me to do the service for my car. They responded to me very quickly and effectively. Perfect place for doing car service. Definitely will come back again for next service.

As has always been the case, I was informed of what was to be done for the regular service and my requested items and how long it would take. Tyler updated me as to my requested items as they were checked. The service was completed in the time It was projected and I was completely satisfied. What more could anyone ask.
