I've been coming to Pacific German for years and this review is IN ADVANCE of my service appointment. Yup. In advance. The reason I am writing this review now is because I know that when I bring my car in, Shawn and his team will take great care of me (and my old Audi) as they have consistently for YEARS. Never a bad experience. Pacific German is by far the best place to go. I cannot recommend any other place that even comes close to the quality, professionalism and warmth that I have experienced from Pacific German.

I had brought our Porsche to another shop to get a pair of diverter valves installed. Simple install but they managed to screw it up. The car was sometimes slow to Build boost and sometimes quick. The power would build to redline and then the limp mode would happen. PG was able to troubleshoot my problem and found a vacuum line disconnected from one of the diverter valves. They replaced all the clamps on both valves and also clamped down the vacuum tube so it wouldn’t come loose again. Lesson learned not to bring your German vehicle to any other shop than PG.

I went in needing an oil change and wanting to know more about some basic modifications to my car. Every person I spoke to was as knowledgeable as the last. Alfie and Tyler in particular were pleasures to work with. Both knew exactly what I wanted and were able to finish the job within a reasonable price and amount of time. Definitely my go to shop.

What I thought was going to be ordinary and or , took a first to thebe the case. They took the time to explain as well as showed to me the problem, most importantl, what could happen if I ignored it and why I need to address it. Excellent and above Amazing service I recently purchased a used V10 R8. I took it to Pacific German for an oil service and to do a quick check. Shawn the owner is an R8 enthusiast and has owned four of them. Shawn quickly took lead on my car and they were able to find and diagnose a significant oil leak as well as a major service that was missed by the previous owner. They ordered all the parts. Sent me videos showing the leak and the repairs needed. The car runs better than I left it and above all Pacific German back all their service with a 24 month warranty.... in all these years I have never heard of such a warranty in any service shop! This in it self instills confidence in their work. Thank you Shawn and Pacific German. You have a customer for life.
