Thanks to Shawn and his qualified staff for repairing our sons Audi A5 Quattro Coupe! I spoke with Shawn on the phone regarding the problems. He emailed me a quote. We decided to bring the car in to confirm that it was the Turbocharger. He walked out with us to help diagnose the initial issue the Turbocharger. He earned our business, and helped address many other issues at an affordable rate! Love the quality of service, warranty, professional staff! Shawn and his team did a great job replacing the suspension on our Audi. It turned out to be a major job removing the existing worn out parts and replacing them with all new Audi parts. The car drives like it's new and we are very happy with the work. Shawn is an honest and honorable man who did his best to exceed our expectations. I highly recommend Pacific German as a high quality and honest business. I do not think you will be disappointed if you give them a try.

All went as planned. I had the over 50k mile inspection light that came on. PG did a full inspection and was able to let me know of future repairs that needs to be done. I am pleased of the work performed. A side from them saying they rotated my tires and not doing it. (Curb rash on rim is still on same side) it’s ok, cause mife is the one that brought the car in and doesn’t notice those things. Haa I will be back to do more work/repairs. I would recommend this shop.
