My car needed a major maintenance: oil, oil filter, cabin and engine air filters, spark plug replace, brake fluid flush. PG estimated price was 1/2 Porsche dealer estimate, but about same as another independent Porsche shop farther away from my home. The estimate was very precise down to each gasket and washer used, which I really appreciated. Estimate was also accurate as to final price paid. PG took pics of car during service. This was first time to their shop so I was nervous about them working on my precious baby, but their actions with phone calls/texts helped to reduce my concerns. Impossible to double check mechanic's work without removing rear section so I had to rely on their word that everything was done and done right. From indicators I could check, it looks like PG did everything right. PG also discovered that I had a failing accessories tensioner leaking oil, but pic they took wasn't too revealing. PG was able to get labor and part covered under my extended warranty so I went with it. A week after service, motor seems to be running well, brakes feel good, no strange new noises. Overall, IMHO very competent and fair business practice. I'll be returning for my next service. Good work.
