I just happened to be in the area from Arizona and they were able to schedule me in on the day I was leaving the state. I came in the morning to get the Matrix lights and Blue LED programmed in, no issues with the Blue LED getting programmed in but there was issues with getting the matrix function put in initially due to my car being one of the very early facelift versions. They reached out to their contacts and were able to get it worked at the end of the day. I got to the shop right before closing on my way out of the state and Tyler went out of his way and stayed after for an hour to make sure it was programmed in and working on my vehicle.

They had all the right tools to get the job done , did a great job and also went above n beyond with a free inspection and I was very happy Tyler was awesome and very knowledgeable

Pacific German is one of the best service centers for my Porsche. High quality work done quickly and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. Very thorough and explain the service options for making any repairs. A+++

This is now my second service that I’ve obtained from Pacific German. The first was the purchase and installation of aftermarket engine parts, based off of their recommendations. This time was for an oil change. Both services were professional IMO. Never an up sell to a different product. When compared to my Audi dealership experience, this was much better, and what I would have expected from the local dealer. As I increase my power and drivability levels, I’ll more than likely bring my cars to PG!

From the very beginning, they were very honest and straight forward about what my Audi S4 needed. I had quotes from other shops that were much more extensive but PG advised on exactly what was needed at this time. I felt very comfortable leaving it to their experts.
