Pacific German has always been my go to shop for repairs with my S4. The entire team there is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn’t trust any other shop with my S4 and family vehicles. PG you guys have a customer for life! Keep up the outstanding work that you guys do.

Shawn is a pro and I trust him and his staff. They are not the cheapest, but are ethical and fair which I believe is worth something. Even if they are higher than other shops at times, I still want him to have all my business as he has been more than fair on other unpredictable repairs, when he or other shops could have gouged me. They send photos to illustrate any issue so you see exactly what they claim is wrong. Transparent.

It’s always a great experience catching up with the team at Pacific German. Not only do they treat your car like it’s their own but you get to see all the cool cars that they are working on as well.
