Inspection came with photos of areas of concern, something I've never received from the dealership. They also gave me a complete rundown and explanation of those concerns and timeliness when those should be completed. I was impressed and will be bringing my car here from now on!!

The Passat had a coolant leak which turned out to be from a faulty coupler. The guys at PG did the repairs at no cost.
