Once again, I was in need of knowledgeable technical help in purchasing performance parts for my R8 and Tyler and Co. Delivered. These guys are legit. They could’ve oversold me but had the integrity to provide info on what exactly I needed which was less in cost. I can’t thank the PG team enough!

Pacific German is truly professional. They care about the quality of the work they do and they stand behind it. Their work is fair in price and they spend their time to really understand your vehicle. Unlike other shops that throw parts at your car, they will find out what’s wrong and fix it promptly. I’ve also very had an issue with anything installed from their shop. Friendly and to the point to help you get in and out.

I have been bringing my 991 in for regular maintenance and tire mounting for almost two years and have had the best experience here. It is worth the 60 mile drive for me to know my car is in good hands. Very honest shop with great customer service. They do a great job at inspecting your car for any recommended or upcoming repairs/maintenance it may need.

I never hesitate in trusting these guys. Quality parts and top notch technicians set them apart. I have gone to other service centers and never as confident as coming to German Pacific.

Came in for 65K service and tech found defective/leaking rear shock absorber. I had replaced shocks about a year ago and the shop replaced free under warranty (cost of the shock absorber too of course). Honest and thorough work. Great attention to detail and fair service prices.

Friendly Staff and Great Service

The was a small problem with my car, the problem was explained to me in deatail and even told me it didn’t need to be done today I asked them to do it anyway as I live out of town very good work. Car drive like new now

Was told by a different mechanic that I needed a brake job. Pacific said no and here are the measurements of your pads and rotors that show why a brake job is not necessary. They did list things I should do now and things that could wait and why.

I have a 2014 Audi s5 and did my research before taking it to any shop. Pacific German had the best reviews but after going there, I see why. These guys truly know what they’re doing, and we’re able to save me thousands of dollars that the dealership would’ve charged me. In the end, all I needed was a software update which they were able to do using OEM CAN tools, which aren’t available at many shops. Not only that, but they took their time to properly diagnose my car in all areas, providing affordable solutions across the board. If I wasn’t selling my car, I would have FOR SURE gone with these guys for the repairs - you could tell they take lots of pride in their work. Being a design automotive engineer and a serious stickler for who I trust with my car, I would give these guys the keys any day. You will not be disappointed!!!
