Second time coming, I had a violent issue that seemed as urgent to them as it was to me. I have no problem driving the 80ish miles from San Diego for Pacific German to work on my vehicle. The wait time is a little more then I would expect but I’m fine waiting a couple hours for quality work. Although my work was covered under my vehicle warranty they didn’t seem bothered by setting up an appointment at my earliest convince and replying to my many emails in a timely manner. I’ll probably end up doing most of the minor maintenance myself but anything else I’m definitely going to Pacific German for!

Pacific German has been caring for my Audi A4 Cabriolet since the initial factory warranty expired. The car now has 165,000 miles and it drives and looks like a new car. I attribute the excellent performance of the car to the professionals at Pacific German.

I love these guys. I am an avid automotive enthusiast and this is the only shop that I have been to, between south county and LA, that really know their stuff. They work on all Euro makes/models and I trust them above and beyond even the dealer, which costs more - they had numerous Porsche, Audi RS cars, BMWs, and Lambos in for work during my visit to the shop. Not to mention a huge beautiful aquarium that you can peak though to see their very clean work shop. One stop shop for service, performance, wheels, tires, and custom upgrades.

Without a doubt the team at Pacific German is top notch. Excels beyond what you find at the dealership and other performance shops. So thankful they are helping me with my car.

Great VW/Audi guys - from looks to performance!!! Its great having knowledgeable sales staff and technicians work on your vehicle who are really good at what they do. They provide excellent advice on what would work best, look great etc...If you haven't brought your vehicle here for upgrades, repairs or maintenance, your missing out! Professional , clean, and neat...really appreciate it. I brought my Audi A6 4.2 here, my Passat GT here, and will bring 1990 VW Corrado here next. Highly recommend them!!!
