Pacific German has serviced our vehicles for over two years. They’re up front and provide a quick (within their means) turnaround. They have many cool vehicles they’re usually working on at all times and offer a great variety of services, not just maintains repairs. I’ve serviced our German car at dealerships in the past and Pacific German has been the better option for us. Their rates are competitive and they are up front.

Went in again for some work on my eTron a few days ago and again was not disappointed by high level of professionalism and service I receive at Pacific German. If you are an Audi owner and you go anywhere else for service or upgrades I really don’t know what you are doing with your life. Tyler and his father are the best in the business period and their knowledge is unmatched. If you have an Audi it’s not an option it’s the industry standard. Go once and you will understand what I mean.

Went in for my yearly oil change. Great service in a timely manner and waited for my oil change to be completed. The vehicle inspection was very detailed showing photos of recommended service requirements if any. The team is very professional and Pacific German is my go to shop for my 997.2!

TTRS - Tie rod, alignment, balance and rotate, spark plugs, oil and inspection. Tyler and crew are incredibly knowledgeable, and professional. Shop is on point and work is outstanding. Client cars tell me Pacific is top end. I’ll be coming back with the RS and when I upgrade.
