Second time I've brought my car here. First time was simple- wanted a short shifter. Got an excellent recommendation! This time, more complex. Had a squeaky brake issue. Diagnosed quickly, gave me tons of options for fixes. Found some suspension issues while they were digging. Gave me another spread of options - from minor parts to full replacements. Great at explaining pros/cons of everything. Super on top of optional maintenance items for weird cars that have future potential problems. Even helpful when my desire to tinker ran away with me - and was more than willing to sit down and take time to explain how CARB works to a non-cali native. These guys are a class act, they're fast, they're communicative, and if it's European they've probably worked on it before. Can't recommend them enough. Plus a super comfy and chill waiting room if you're doing a small job.

The team at Pacific German were very responsive for months leading up to my installation day. They did the work quickly and finished ahead of schedule. I would definitely drive the 7 hours to their shop again for additional modifications.

I brought my car to Pacific German to prepare fot a long trip. Simpy need a road wortbiness inspection and oil change. I mentioned that my key was not working well to lock or unlock the car, but only asked if it required repalcememt of the key. The car was inspected and oil changed, but the key was fixed without a word being said. The service went above and beyond to do that. I appreciate the expertise these guys have.

Had a bad battery and AAA couldn’t replace due to VW issues when switching them out so was stuck. Called PG and they were able to get it done right away and get me on the road. Might have been a few more bucks to get it done this way, but they were exceptional.

Great service

We brought our 2014 G Wagon in for brakes and they discovered stripped parts from a previous shop. And of course, those parts were hard to find and required proprietary tools to install. This caused a simple predictable job to become a loss leader “science project” that involved Shawn making countless calls, trying various tools, prodding Mercedes while scouring the planet for parts, BUT they toughed it out, made it happen, it drives great and I feel the work was priced extremely fair given the drama involved. It’s tough to go through all of that and walk away feeling good, but PG has a way of doing it. I respect them.

Fabulous job as always & my little blue bullet is loving it!
