Shawn is the most unscrupulous person I have ever met. His fast taking, condescending attitude was very difficult to deal with. His technicians couldn’t fix our air conditioning unit and they damaged our vehicle while in their shop. We had to go else where to get our air conditioning fixed and it works perfectly. . Another shop had to fix all the problems they created. I highly recommend you look elsewhere to get your vehicle fixed and save yourself the trouble to working with these imbeciles.

The PG team knows their business and does the best for the car. I'll continue to be a customer because I like a shop that specializes in a limited number of brands, and whose ownwer drive what they service!

I recently bought a Porche 997.2 and was referred to Pacific German, after going there and meeting Shawn the owner and his son Tyler, I was thoroughly impressed. Tyler is very professional and knows Porche very well. They will be my exclusive mechanic on the car. Go check them out.

I’ve been taking my Audi to Pacific-German for years. While servicing a German car is never cheap, Shawn knows these cars inside and out, from the correct tires to the engine work. I have been to the Audi dealer and they are more expensive and definitely less talented. Glad to have this option or I would probably trade this car.
