This is now my second service that I’ve obtained from Pacific German. The first was the purchase and installation of aftermarket engine parts, based off of their recommendations. This time was for an oil change. Both services were professional IMO. Never an up sell to a different product. When compared to my Audi dealership experience, this was much better, and what I would have expected from the local dealer. As I increase my power and drivability levels, I’ll more than likely bring my cars to PG!

From the very beginning, they were very honest and straight forward about what my Audi S4 needed. I had quotes from other shops that were much more extensive but PG advised on exactly what was needed at this time. I felt very comfortable leaving it to their experts. The radio suffered a blown fuse. PG diagnosed and fixed within a couple of hours. Great work as always. The dash and interior were spotless when I received the car.
