Awesome shop run by awesome people. If I can't do the work myself, Pacific German is the only shop I feel right about. I don't need to worry about anything with PG. They'll get it right the first time. These guys know know your car inside and out and have state of the art equipment. Cant go wrong!

The BEST place in the OC to bring your German vehicles..my car got screwed up by some no name yahoo and Sean and the crew brought my Audi A4 back to life. When I brought it down to get diagnosed he refused to take payment for the diagnosis because I already got screwed by the previous mechanic potentially costing me thousands. I left my car with him for a few days and he performed surgery in his clean room of a shop. He's genuine, he's passionate and you can't go wrong with Pacific German. I will never go elsewhere.

I went in for a Down Pipe install and Revo Stage 2, they did not disappoint and even price matched another online retailer. When the part was not delivered as expected they rented a car for me over the weekend into the next week until the part arrived. Great service, I was always updated with what was going on and most of all the car is fast-er. Thanks again!!!

1 photo I have been coming here for about 3 years now. Shawn and Tyler and the whole Pacific German Team have always been very genuine and professional. They always take care my s4 and will be doing some working on my sq5. If there is ever a concern they address it right away. They always give me options to fit my needs and wants. They were also understanding when I had to cancel my appointments when I lost my father even when they ordered parts. I never feel pressured by them. Truly respect the team I was looking for a closer place to get some work done for my 2013 Audi S4 and found Pacific German, they where very helpful over the phone and by email. I took my car in to get a rs5 grill and it came out amazing. I will diffenetly be coming back here for some future work on my car. Tyler was lots of help as well. Really appreciate the work. If you're looking for a service, or any modifications, Pacific German is the place to go! Tyler and mason are amazing people and always get the job done perfectly! Their prices are great and the experience is even better! 10/10 would recommend!

Good atmosphere. Staff are easy to talk to. One of their young mechanics explains things and genuinely seems enthused and interested in making your driving experience better. Huge property in a nice area nestled next to the 5 freeway. I highly recommend this place. Edit: Months ago, I had my mod disabled (new battery), came back here and bought an SPS Controller from them. Their technician thoroughly went through how to use the piece and what each setting does. I was in and out in 20 min. Recently, I moved to a new state and the VW dealership erased my mod due to new software update. I lost my old receipt and called in to Pacific German and they had my receipt emailed to me without a delay. Superb Service. Good atmosphere. Staff are easy to talk to. 2 photos 1 check-in I was referred to this place by a friend who has some minor work done on his BMW. I have an Audi S4 / B7 and needed some front bushings replaced. They have an online quote system that you can fill out and they'll shoot you back an estimate later in the day. I really liked that since no one else seems to do that. This tells me they're organized and uniform in their pricing. The work was done within the quoted time, I received a text message notifying me it was ready, and the price was exactly as quoted. They even have a yelp check-in discount that I got too. The only suggestion for improvement I could offer is better phone manners training. There's an older guy who sometimes answers the phone and unless you're used to dealing with wrenches he can easily rub you the wrong way with his blunt and rough approach. I can only assume he doesn't normally answer the phone so I'm not holding it against them. Just a suggestion in case they pay attention to their reviews. In the end, if you have an Audi and are looking for a decent place to get your service work done outside of the dealer I would recommend this place. They did my friend right and did me right too.

I finally got around to taking my '11 S5 Cab to PAC GERM after a reco from a relative. For starters, Tyler and Shawn have answered every email with the many questions I had since I'm new to the whole tuning/mod thing. Prompt and detailed replies. I haven't gotten this from other shops. I'm still waiting for two months for a return of a phone call/email from one place. With PAC GERM I feel I am getting super knowledgeable and prompt service and all my questions/options answered in detail with price quotes within a day! I think you'd be hard pressed to find that kind of rapid response from a lot of places. And to top it off, a super high end shop, great work and solid customer service. They know their shite suffice to say. No nonsense attitude. That's what I'm looking for in a shop. Did the REVO Stage 1 and now will be going back for next phase of pulley, stage 2, etc. I'd give 'em a shot.

I never get the impression that I'm bringing my car to the wrong place here. I've had my TT 09 tuned to Revo and recommended air intake installed and got the results I was looking forward to with no hiccups. Currently now getting new shocks and struts & given a variety of quotes so I have the option as the customer. Some mechanics just give your the priciest option because it's what they want to do.I was recommended to come here by the Audi North American club magazine members get quarterly. Also will try to accommodate with shuttling you around I haven't fully exercised this option. One day I got lucky and they took me to my nearby gym in their Porsche :) Also gives military discount. Won't take my Audi to anyone else.
