Fantastic service, honest repair work and knowledgeable technicians I have a tiguan that has been problematic. Before coming to Pacific German the vw dealer was constantly finding little problems and not addressing the over all issue costing me serious money. I brought my tiguan Pacific German they found the problems gave me a plan of action and options. Since then they have been my go to mechanic for my tiguan and it has become less problematic.

So fortunate to have found such an excellent auto service provider for our VW. I spoke with Tyler regarding getting more power out of our 2018 Tiguan. We love the car and while it handles great the AWD version is a bit sluggish. Tyler made a few recommendations with no sales pressure at all. They installed a performance module and a new intake and now it's just perfect. They work on cars that cost 10 times what ours cost yet they treated us with honesty and respect. Also no need to go the the dealer at all since Pacific will do all your regular maintenance and it's all documented and disclosed via carfax. So no problems with warranty coverage, and lower cost. They even had everything done ahead of schedule!
