Pacific German is the only place that I would take my 2010 Audi S5 for repairs. They are VERY honest,knowledgeable,and friendly. They will tell you,and show you in detail what is wrong with your car,in a safe,clean,environment. I have never seen a shop as clean as theirs, they REALLY care about your car. Had a CEL due to catalytic converter efficiency on my S4. Figured this would be a good time to get new downpipes and stage 1 JHM tune, and these guys are the only authorized JHM dealer in OC. They do email quotes which is great. Parts from JHM came early, and they were able to install everything in the expected time. Now my car is faster and sounds oh so nice. Price is similar to what you'd expect from a shop that specializes in German cars. Lobby is clean, with a big aquarium, TV, snacks and free wifi. Oh one thing that totally stood out; they had the cleanest bathroom ever! Brought my GTI mk7 here for an exhaust pipe upgrade so I could tune to stage 2. Service was top notch, Tyler did the install and I couldn't be happier. Rates were fair, they keep their shop super clean and everyone there was very nice to me. I will be back for an air intake and anything else I do to my car. It's hard to find good people you can trust, but these guys are legit and know German cars. I came in today to have my exhaust pipe installed after having a few helpful conversations with Miranda over the phone. Getting an appointment was quick and easy. The process was laid out in detail, I dropped my car off, waiting around for a few hours (which I already knew ahead of time), and was thoroughly pleased with my car afterwards. I had a chance to interact with the staff during this time as well as the other customers. The staff at Pacific German is extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I didn't go in for a service on my car but I actually came in for a VAG-COM coding since I wanted something enabled for my Jetta. He said I didn't have the right modules and the modification wouldn't work but it actually did and he didn't charge me anything which was really nice compared to other places which wanted 100 dollars for a simple change. Awesome shop run by awesome people. If I can't do the work myself, Pacific German is the only shop I feel right about. I don't need to worry about anything with PG. They'll get it right the first time. These guys know know your car inside and out and have state of the art equipment. Cant go wrong!

The BEST place in the OC to bring your German vehicles..my car got screwed up by some no name yahoo and Sean and the crew brought my Audi A4 back to life. When I brought it down to get diagnosed he refused to take payment for the diagnosis because I already got screwed by the previous mechanic potentially costing me thousands. I left my car with him for a few days and he performed surgery in his clean room of a shop. He's genuine, he's passionate and you can't go wrong with Pacific German. I will never go elsewhere.

I went in for a Down Pipe install and Revo Stage 2, they did not disappoint and even price matched another online retailer. When the part was not delivered as expected they rented a car for me over the weekend into the next week until the part arrived. Great service, I was always updated with what was going on and most of all the car is fast-er. Thanks again!!!

1 photo I have been coming here for about 3 years now. Shawn and Tyler and the whole Pacific German Team have always been very genuine and professional. They always take care my s4 and will be doing some working on my sq5. If there is ever a concern they address it right away. They always give me options to fit my needs and wants. They were also understanding when I had to cancel my appointments when I lost my father even when they ordered parts. I never feel pressured by them. Truly respect the team I was looking for a closer place to get some work done for my 2013 Audi S4 and found Pacific German, they where very helpful over the phone and by email. I took my car in to get a rs5 grill and it came out amazing. I will diffenetly be coming back here for some future work on my car. Tyler was lots of help as well. Really appreciate the work. Read more
