Tyler and the entire team at Pacific German are the only one I trust and for good reasons. They are genuine, they know these cars better than anyone, pricing is excellent, and they go above and beyond for the customer. I have been bringing them my cars for the last 7 years. They just did the brakes and service on my Jetta, and I dropped off my Audi with them for some upgrades. I couldn’t be more happy with everything they have done. They have made some cars faster, some more reliable, and some they just help me maintain. From their customer service, to their work, to their pricing I highly recommend them.

My 2019 Audi S5 suffered an undetermined engine failure. PG handled everything from assessment to working with my warranty company to resolve the issue. The car is back to perfect. Shawn, Tyler, and Elizabeth were outstanding at keeping me apprised of the status and ultimately bringing this to fruition. Their knowledge, expertise, and professionalism is second to none. PG is my absolute go to for any maintenance or repairs.
